In this space, I will use creation and manifestation interchangeably. They are essentially the same thing. Manifestation has been used amongst the spiritual gurus and woo-woo girlies for decades. As manifestation has become mainstream, it has become unnecessarily convoluted. Though, the concept of manifestation hasn’t been accepted by all. It is often looked down upon or criticized by practitioners of religion. They are under the impression that something magical and mystical must be taking place. Something not of God. God is the only one in control after all, right?

Before we hop into the key elements of manifestation, let’s establish some core concepts that shape my beliefs and ideologies around creation:

💫We are spiritual beings made manifest.

Our mere existence is a manifestation. We were grounded in this physical form through the process of creation. Our souls chose this realm of reality to indulge in the full spectrum of the human experience — all of its pleasures, growth and discovery.

💫Creation is constant.

Creation is innate to us. We are manifesting in every single moment. When we relinquish our role in shaping our own reality, we become passive players in our lives. When we lack accountability for our participation, we become victims of our circumstances.

💫Creation flows from Source.

God is the ultimate source of creation. We are the human expressions of that source. There is no separation, only unique channels. Our creations become tangible expressions of the divine.

💫Co-creation with intention is manifestation.

Our participation in creation is not a lone event. We are in constant partnership and collaboration with the Universe.

There is divine order woven into our universal reality. When we understand this order and utilize it in our manifestation practice, we increase alignment with our desires and our lived reality.

Creation is not a random happenstance. It flows through a structured sequence.

This sequence can be understood through the elements:

• Air

• Fire

• Water

• Earth

**Aether

These elements are the mechanisms that bring your thoughts and ideas into your reality. Understanding the characteristics of the four elements and how they interact will not clarify the process of manifestation but it will also help you expand your awareness of the world and how things operate within it.

🌬Air

It is all around us, all of the time. Soft and subtle. Strong and forceful. Spinning out of control. Bringing calm. Heavy and suffocating. Light and fleeting. Filling our lungs. Leaving us breathless. Granting us spaciousness while pressing against limits.

The element air is associated with our thoughts, ideas, inspiration and intellect. Our creations must start somewhere. They must start in the mind. This is where our ideas form. This is where our downloads have space to expand and breathe. It is also where our desires overwhelm us. Often, overcast with clouds. It is up to us to clear the fog. Unmanaged air can turn into overthinking, anxiety and spiraling. Aligned air becomes clarity, articulation and direction.

• Get your thoughts, ideas and desires on paper. Date them to track context and patterns.

• Use meditation to visualize your desires with clarity.

• Communicate your ideas aloud. Declare your desires in front of a mirror. Record a detailed voice memo or video. Express them to a trusted friend or confidante.

🔥Fire

Oxygen. Heat. Fuel. Ignition. Flames. Cleansing and purifying. Warming and illuminating. A small spark that grows and spreads unless controlled and contained. Intensity that gradually burns out — if you let it.

The element fire is associated with our willpower, drive, passion and action. Once inspiration hits, we must strike while the iron is hot. We are unique beings. Our creative expression is individual. Our creative power is universal. This stage in the process not only brings light to the ideas in your head, but it also lights a fire under your ass to act. It burns away all that is not built to last. Unmanaged fire turns into impulsivity, burnout and destruction. Aligned fire becomes drive with discipline, courage and sustained action.

• Return to thoughts, ideas and desires. Edit and refine.

• Meditate with more details until you feel the spark. This spark is called inspired action. Action inspired by clarity and embodiment.

• Continue to bring light (attention and awareness) to your desires. Do something each day that keeps the fire burning.

🌊Water

Let it flow. Rain down on our heads. Mist the softness of our skin. Wash away our days. Drowning and saving us in the same breath. Soak the soil. Nourish the soul. Calm and still. Rushing and racing.

The element water is associated with our emotions, intuition and our subconscious mind — what lies beneath the surface.

Your brain cannot distinguish between what is real or imaginary so this deep, emotional connection becomes more of a memory than a wish. When you emotionally embody a desire, it shifts from fantasy to familiarity. I would add to his theory that it is our emotions that bring forth the heart connection that grants life. When you connect emotionally to your desires, you are not only sending the message that they are safe but you are also sending the message that they are pure. Water, like fire, purifies. Manifestations without our pure emotions and intentions don’t reflect the truth about who we are and what we want. Unmanaged water turns into repression, avoidance and emotion-driven decisions. Aligned water becomes intuition, emotional clarity and magnetic resonance.

• Get real about the why and the how. Write down why you truly want your desires and how receiving them aligns with who you are becoming.

• Meditate by adding emotion to the visualization. Feel the joy, love and passion associated with your desires. Go so deep that the emotions consume you.

• Pay attention to your emotions. Take note of what is moving you to tears in your day-to-day life. Follow that flow to the mouth of the stream. Let that be a data point.

🌎Earth

Solid. Steady. Foundational. Mothering us all. Through mountains and valleys alike. Naturally fertilizing to bring forth new life. Naturally decomposing to transform death. Carrying the weight of the end and the beginning.

The element earth is associated with stability and structure. It is at this stage that what once was just a cloud of ideas in our heads has become something we can see, touch, taste, smell and hear. It has become real. It is through patience, perseverance and resilience that faith of a mustard seed finally begins to sprout. As long as we have been cultivating the perfect environment for it to grow and thrive, it will bring everlasting abundance. We are spiritual beings that must remember we have human needs. The practice of tending to our own physical needs, our environment and our resources creates the discipline needed for our harvest to grow and multiply. Unmanaged earth turns into stagnation, rigidity and attachment to material form. Aligned earth becomes patience, consistency and sustained growth.

• Build the structures and systems needed for your desires to enter your life with ease. Figure out how it fits into your regular routine. Or consider if you need to create a new one.

• Sit in gratitude during meditation. Now that you have what you want (no matter how much it has materialized), sit with how it makes you feel. Be proud of your role in the manifestation of your desires.

• Care for your desires. Nourish them. Show your appreciation for their manifestation. Don’t treat them like the toy you begged for all year only to abandon after Christmas season ends.

When I say “start to spiral”, I am referring to finding myself descending down this literal emotional spiral depicted below:

If you can recall a typical day at the playground, you remember the slide and its slippery slope. It is an easier journey sliding down than it is climbing up. Our inner lives aren’t much different.

Granted, in this current version of global reality, there are no shortages of events that could push one waywardly down this spiral. A few months ago, someone asked me “what’s stressing you these days?” and, with pure hubris, I replied “Nothing” which was technically true at that current moment. I added that I had a pretty good handle on the typical stressors in my life and how to subdue them if they dare to emerge. I wasn’t wrong. I had just forgotten what spiraling feels like. Oh, but life has a way of always evoking memory.

It was a spiral, like any other spiral. It happened “slowly and then all at once”. Love and light gets real fear and darkness real quick.

The hair is always the first to go. Then, the diet. Movement becomes the walk to and from the train station. The skin dulls, then breaks. The scattered mess turns to complete disarray. No one is helpful. Everyone is annoying. If only you could get just one fucking moment! But, time is moving faster than you can organize your thoughts and life doesn’t stop just because you can’t catch your breath. Decisions have to be made and there is a bill due that you remember only after its late and “I know I haven’t texted you back in three days which is ironically the amount of days its been since I’ve cooked myself a decent meal”. Not really sure what I would do without my corner deli. I promise no one deserves to see me like this anyway. Please just give me a moment to exhale and to get my head straight and to feel human again. I hope you’ll still be here when I’m done. I just need a moment to light this and put on some music. I promise I will be fine…

1. Because I Feel Like I Should Be Somewhere I’m Not:

Comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. Stop comparing yourself to people whose parents graduated from college. People whose parents stayed together. People whose parents knew how to love them. People whose parents never hit them or berated them. People who grew up with stable housing in nice neighborhoods. People who didn’t have to work through college. People who have never experienced trauma. People who had “normal” childhoods. Just stop. How could you ever experience life in the same way that they did? How could you have known how to do things that no one ever taught you? That no one even knew how to do themselves? Your starting point is not the same as their starting point. Your ending point won’t be the same either. It’s not fair to compare yourself.

2. Because I Feel Alone and Misunderstood:

Remember when you were younger and wanted to be an actress so you would watch television with the subtitles and act out the scenes? Remember when you first found out you were selectively mute for years? Remember when your teachers would let you sit with them after school and give you snacks because your mom was always working late? Remember whenever you cried on the couch your dog Princeton would come to cuddle with you? Remember when your nephew saved your life? Remember when your ex held you after he told you that you had Trichotillomania and that he had it too? Remember when you were scared at your neurology appointment and the nurse prayed for you until you sobbed? Remember when someone wanted to meet you because they loved your book so much? Remember when you found out you and your best friend were born in the same hospital two days apart? Remember when you decided to adopt Maggi? The feeling is real, but it isn’t permanent. It isn’t unique. It isn’t exceptional. And it isn’t avoidable. You will be alone sometimes. You will be misunderstood sometimes. You won’t be alone all the time. You won’t be misunderstood all the time.

3. Because I Don’t Understand the Point of It All:

You’ve met three of your great-grandmothers. THREE great-grandmothers who you have distinct memories of. Most people don’t even meet one. One of them lived to be over a century and one of them has currently lived for over a century. Two real life centenarians in your bloodline. They witnessed multiple generations of humans who came from their lineage. They saw this country, THIS WORLD, go through so much. Generations upon generations of southern women. This is the point of it all. Maybe not for anyone else, but it is the point for you. You are meant to bear generations. You are meant to witness the fruits of your loins. You are meant to experience what this world has to offer. Slavery lasted 400 years, ya know. You are from a surviving people. You are meant TO LIVE and LIVE WELL. You are meant to thrive. By the grace of God and the will of many, you are here! Find someone who understands this and can help you carry out your purpose.

4. Because I Feel Crazy and Ugly and Want to Perish:

When is your period coming? I promise its not too far away. No, seriously. Look at the dates RIGHT NOW. Okay, I get it. I remember very vividly the other times this has happened. It’s almost dysmorphic how your perception of self changes so often. Some days you don’t even recognize the person looking back at you. I get it. I know you don’t want to hear how it is a perpetual loop you are tormenting yourself with. I know you don’t want to hear how your outer world reflects your inner world. I get it. I know you just want to cry and scream until you burst out of your skin and watch the pieces of yourself shatter to the ground. I get it. I wish I could tell you that you won’t ever feel like this again. I wish there was a simple and quick fix. I wish there was something better to do than feel all of these things but feeling all of these things is the best thing you can do because it reminds you how alive and how human you are. I know you don’t want to hear that shit. Trust me, I get it. So instead of all that, I’ll just tell you to book a hair appointment, order Thai food and take a nap.

I love a metaphor. LOVE a metaphor. When I think of depression, I think of the visual depiction of the downward spiral on the emotional scale spiraling so much so that it gets stuck in the ground. It literally becomes depressed into the earth, the soil.

Furthermore, this creates restriction and settlement within the earth. Fixed, constricted energy. Instead of groundedness and stability, it becomes immobility and compression. Think of a stubborn earth sign👀 Spiritually, “earthly/worldly” things are materialistic, temporary and self-serving in nature. It includes money and other material possessions, sensual (relating to the senses) pleasures, and human-centric concerns, like status and ambition. It also includes the overconsumption of entertainment and other things that can distract us from actually feeling these positionally low emotions.

Instead, we cling to the earthly things because it is what we can see, taste, touch, smell and hear in the moment with little effort. It is what is most easy to process. It is also what can deepen the spiral. By choosing distraction over actually feeling your feels, conscious awareness wanes coinciding with suppression which leads to stagnant energy continuously circulating throughout your body. Weighing you down even further.

Now, I will never say don’t indulge in a little hedonistic relief. Times are what they are and everyone needs a lil bit of something. Just don’t use it as a numbing agent. Face the shadow!

Below ground is associated with the underworld and many times these depressive episodes can feel deep and dark, like the depths of “hell”. However, sometimes it can feel familiar and communal. Our personal hells can feel a bit like Sin City. Sure, its dark and full of unhealthy vices but all our friends are there so its cool. We suddenly start to get comfortable in the very place that stunts our growth.

In Tarot, The Devil card is associated with unhealthy attachments and addiction to material things. It also represents temptations and obsessions that cause us to spiral and lose control. The visual of the card shows loosely chained victims in front of a devilish creature symbolizing that the choices we make are what keep us stuck in bondage. Do you see the connection?

Yes! But only when we are consciously aware of the spiral. Only when we understand that darkness is a balancing act and not damnation. Only when we understand that death (spiritual, or otherwise) is a part of a necessary cycle and not a final destination or liminal space to hang out.

My world doesn’t end when the spiraling starts but I am prepared for life as I know it to expire. I brace myself for the journey into darkness. I embrace the death of my current reality. I trust the versions of myself who have spiraled time and time again to guide me back to my inner knowing. I know the descent isn’t dangerous. I will always ascend again.

The danger lies in descending without being consciously aware.

Creation is a verb but it doesn’t begin with action. It is not rooted in outcomes or results. It is rooted in alignment, and alignment isn’t disorderly.

Creation exists because of a divine sequence of events.

Scripture teaches us:

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.” — Psalm 37:23

In our results-driven society, the work of alignment is oftentimes bypassed without asking whether the internal conditions are prepared to support the external requirements. How often have you manifested something you were not properly equipped to maintain? This is a surefire way to squander your gains or become burnt out and lost in a perpetual cycle of your manifestations slipping through your fingers.

Establishing order doesn’t mean we sit around and wait until conditions are just right though. It means we become disciplined in our search for clarity. It means we operate from a place of intuition not anxiety. It means we recognize when we are moving with urgency versus momentum.

💫 The Science of Order

Did you know that across scientific disciplines, complex systems function best when conditions allow them to self-organize?

Self-organizing systems like: ecosystems, weather patterns, neural networks and human nervous systems would all lose coherence and efficiency if overloaded or pressured. I feel seen.

Divine sequencing quite literally helps keep our brain’s executive functioning operating at full capacity. Without the ability to organize actions in the correct order, we would be running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

The restoration of internal regulation that occurs when we focus on trust, clarity and alignment helps our brain function properly. This is how we move with ease and discernment.

🔮 TAROT — Justice

Justice represents balance, accountability, and karma. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is ignored. Nothing is bypassed. Each decision carries weight, and each action follows clarity and consideration rather than impulse.

Justice reminds us that order is not about control; it is about alignment. When things feel “off,” it is often because balance has been disrupted somewhere earlier in the sequence. However, when things feel right, it is because it is earned and deserved.

Ask yourself:

• How can I restore balance before moving forward?

• Which of my “tools” (thoughts, words, feelings, or actions) needs rebalancing?

• What happens when I stop managing outcomes and start managing energy?

♎ASTROLOGY — Libra

The Justice card’s Astro twin is Libra. Much like its counterpart, Libra rules balance, as well as harmony and relationships/partnerships. Decisions are weighed carefully on Libra’s scales. When alignment is found, then Libra moves.

This element of air supports us with the clarity needed to balance opposing forces and find the middle ground. It helps us see clearly how to make things work with everything we’ve got. We’re not grasping at every single thing and hoping something sticks; we’re taking everything and creating harmony.

Ask yourself:

• Which relationships feel mutual? Which ones need rebalancing?

• Where in my life am I in need of alignment?

• How can I create harmony and balance within my current circumstances? Order?

Before we create order and alignment, let’s expand our awareness of it in our lives (or lack thereof). Review the zones of intention below:

We aren’t jumping into action quite yet. Just observing. Collecting data.

Keep a running record of all that feels misaligned and chaotic within the zone(s).

Divine Order is not something we create through control. It is something we create through intention.

If you’ve been following so far, you know that “the Lord” is not in reference to some outside source. “The Lord” is the I AM awareness. Let’s break this verse down further with that context in mind.

Our steps (movements, timing, decisions) are ordered (aligned, coherent) by the Lord (our higher, truest selves).

So, when our daily decisions are in alignment with our higher self, aka the self that we are wanting to transform into, things begin to fall in line without force. Isn’t that so reassuring and affirming? Doesn’t that present a huge sense of relief?

We’ve made it to the final week of Faith As Frequency!

Last week, we talked about how important your heart is in determining the frequency that you are in. This week, we’ll discuss how your voice carries this frequency forward and outward to help create resonance that subsequently creates your desires. When the Bible talks about creation, there isn’t a complicated process involved. There is just the power of voice.

Scripture demonstrates this time and time again:

“For He spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood firm.” — Psalm 33:9

Creation can be as simple as sending vibrational energy into motion. Creation can be as instant as a resounding, intentional sound strong enough for the object of your desires to be solidified. Your voice (tone, cadence, and emotional resonance) reveals the state you inhabit before your thoughts have the time to take form. Your voice (tone, cadence, and emotional resonance) reveals the state you inhabit, even when your words say otherwise.

Let’s ensure sure the vibration of voice acts as a vessel of alignment so that it may be an extension of your emotional frequency and not a mask of performance. Let’s ensure the voice of vibration reinforces the coherence in your internal state so that it resounds throughout your entire body.

As your voice begins to echo the coherence within you, that resonance travels through your entire body, supporting the internal state you are choosing to inhabit and reinforcing the frequency you intend to carry forward.

💫 The Science of Sound and the Emotional Body

The human voice comes from a network of vibrations that move through the chest, throat, jaw and skull. These vibrations interact directly with the vagus nerve (remember this guy from last week?), shaping your nervous system, influencing your emotional state and affecting the internal rhythm of the heart and breath. This is why certain tones feel grounding while others create tension, AND why your own voice can calm or unsettle you depending on the state from which it arises.

To put it simply: your voice broadcasts your internal reality. Whether you are grounded or anxious, hopeful or guarded, your tone communicates that truth long before your mind attempts to control it. The work of this week is learning how to let your voice become a reflection of the frequency you choose to inhabit, rather than the frequency you momentarily feel.

🔮 TAROT — The Hierophant

The Hierophant represents the sacred exchange between what is known internally and what is spoken outwardly. His wisdom does not come from authority or performance but from the alignment between inner truth and outer expression. In his presence, words are not used to impress but to convey resonance, sincerity, and coherence. This card makes me think of a pastor or spiritual counselor.

This archetype reminds us that speech becomes powerful when it reflects an emotional state that is authentic and grounded. When your voice aligns with what you truly feel ( instead of what you think you should feel), it becomes a reliable bridge between inner experience and outer reality. Spiritual traditions often describe this as “speaking the truth,” yet its deeper meaning lies in allowing your voice to arise from a place of emotional integrity rather than protective habit.

Ask yourself:
• When does my voice sound most like me?
• How do I speak when I feel centered versus when I feel unsettled?
• What would it mean for my words to match the emotional state I want to grow into?

♊ ASTROLOGY — Gemini

Leo expresses from the heart. Gemini expresses from the throat chakra. Gemini holds the gift of articulation. Think of a Gemini you know. They can make even bullshit sound sweet, huh? They have the ability to translate their experiences with clarity and nuance. Its energy supports expression that is: Straight to the point. Lead with curiosity. Open to where the wind takes the conversation.

When Gemini is integrated, communication becomes fluid and grounded. Gemini energy speaks from truth of the moment rather than from anxiety, expectation, or fear. This alignment matters deeply this week as we center on vibration because the impact of your words is shaped more by the state you speak from than by what you are expressing.

Gemini invites us to observe the emotional quality of your communication. Are you speaking just to be heard, or are you speaking from a place that is coherent within you? What shifts in your tone when you feel safe? What softens in your voice when you feel aligned? These questions guide you toward speech that supports the frequency you intend to hold, not disrupts it.

Ask yourself:
• Which emotional states shape my tone the most?
• What happens to my communication when I feel grounded?
• How might my life feel different if my voice consistently reflected my chosen frequency?

🕯 EMBODY

The practice. for embodiment this week is to help you speak from your intended reality, not your current one.

1. Choose a feeling you want to embody.

   ✨Abundance

   ✨Peace

   ✨Love

   ✨Freedom

2. Recall a moment in your life that this feeling felt the most real.

3. Hold that feeling for 10 seconds.

4. From that emotional state, say one short phrase:

   ✨I AM ______

5. Repeat the phrase until your body remembers that feeling.

6. Notice how your tone changes as the emotion changes and becomes more potent.

🌕 Leaving You With This

Your words are never neutral. Your words carry the emotional frequency of your current state. When your emotional body is trusting, calm, and stable, then your voice becomes an extension of that. Your voice becomes an extension of your faith. It is a direct expression of your inner world and influences the outer world around you.

Sound can help reinforce your fears OR it can help amplify your alignment. You get to choose. When you choose to speak from your desired reality, your voice helps your body recognize that reality as familiar and safe. In time, your environment begins to respond to that feeling of familiarity and align with it.

Let your voice be your superpower to help you create your desired reality.

This week, I am excited to dive into the ideology of one of my favorite spiritual teachers, Neville Goddard.

Goddard teaches us just how important our feelings are when shifting into our desired realities. He believed that feelings create a state, and a state is what manifests.

Scripture explores this as well:

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” — Proverbs 4:23

This ideology is challenged amongst other spiritual teachers/coaches. Personally, I’m conflicted BUT I do believe that our feelings and emotional attachment to our desires play an important role. I do agree with our feelings being used as messengers. Data points that reveal who we are being. It is a chance to check in and ask ourselves, “Am I aligning with the version of myself who has my desires?” Regardless of how many times we are repeating the affirmation I AM RICH, our feelings when we have to pay a bill or want something we’ve deemed out of our price range will always reveal our most honest identity and inner baseline.

But when we learn to dwell in the feeling of our desires, we align ourselves with its frequency. The feeling is the secret. Once we settle into that feeling, then reality has no choice but to catch up.

💫 The Science of the Heart’s Frequency

Oh, the power of the heart. The heart isn’t just some blood-pumping organ. It is a complex information-processing center possessing its own functional brain. The heart produces the strongest electromagnetic field, extending 3-6 feet outside the body. This field shifts based on our emotional states and interacts with other fields, environments and hearts.

When our heart, mind and emotions work in harmony to form an alignment, this state is called heart coherence. This allows us to feel peaceful, calm and safe (regardless of circumstances). When we exude this energy, it affects others’ state of coherence too. The concept of “guarding your heart” takes on new meaning when you realize the opposite can be true as well: the emotional chaos of others can pull you out of coherence if you are not anchored.

Faith occupies the heart center too. Not just our thoughts. Remaining in the frequency of faith keeps us calm, regulated and open which in turn helps our heart transmit the energy needed for your desires to show up.

Faith is emotional resonance. Certainty that organizes our frequency fields. Certainty that gets us excited about our desires before they arrive. Certainty that creates alignment.

🔮 TAROT — Strength

Contrary to popular belief, the Strength card has nothing to do with physical abilities. The Strength card is about emotional mastery. The power within, not the power exerting outwards.

This strength is the type of strength that allows us to feel fully without losing our sense of control. To keep our composure and let our patience and compassion guide us.

This card shows a woman caressing a decorated lion, a symbol of courage. She’s not handling the lion by exerting power and control but by approaching it with a sense of peace and confidence. She teaches us that we become magnetic when our we are in the state of heart coherence.

Ask yourself:

• What emotions move me out of alignment the fastest?

• What does emotional coherence feel like in my body?

• What does emotional mastery look like when I’m sad? Angry? Nervous?

♌ ASTROLOGY — Leo

Sun-ruled Leo represents the heart of self-expression, courage and radiant authenticity. Leo teaches us that our frequency becomes stronger when we live from our core selves (Sun) rather than perform to be accepted.

When Leo energy is present, it is the heart that leads (and life responds to this). This is why Leo rules: creativity, self-expression and personal truth.

Creation flows through the heart.

Expression is most magnetic when it is coming from a place of authenticity not fear or performance.

The world reflects back most clearly when we’re brave enough to show our true selves.

Ask yourself:

• Where in my life do I dim my emotional truth?

• What would shift if I expressed myself from authenticity instead of performance?

• What does “faith with heart” look like for me?

This week, let’s practice shifting into a state of heart coherence by tracking our current heart resonance and observing how it is shaping our current reality.

This can be done throughout your regular routine (shower, cooking, commuting, etc.). It helps to do it at the same times/routines everyday:

1. Take note your emotional baseline.
Ask yourself:

• “What emotion is active right now?”

• “Is this raising or lowering my frequency?”

Naming it creates clarity and awareness.

2. Shift the emotion by shifting environment.
Change ONE thing:

• play a specific song

• open a window

• step into a different room

• change posture

• drink water

• step outside for 30 seconds

Observe how your heart responds.

3. Choose a stabilizing emotion.
Not “positive thinking.” Just pick a steady emotion like:

• calm

• openness

• gratitude

Hold it for 15–20 seconds.
That’s enough to shift your electromagnetic field.

4. Write one line:

• “Today, my heart felt most aligned when…”

• “My frequency dropped when…”

• “I felt coherence when…”

This becomes a pattern of your emotional alignment. A guide to the frequency you’re transmitting.

Feeling is the secret because the heart is the transmitter. But, don’t worry. It isn’t about fleeting emotions but the deeper tone you live in.

The feeling you live in becomes the reality that forms around you.

Faith is emotional coherence that helps us hold a steady inner feeling intact when things look uncertain or unfavorable. The key is not let giving in to an emotional response but maintaining the frequency of faith.

When our hearts are coherent, we are aligned.

We are calm.

We are steady.

We are ready for our desires.

At this point in the series, we’ve defined “faith” and “frequency”. Now, let’s define truth in this context. Truth, simply put, is an inner-knowing (no Google needed for this one). We cannot see “faith” and “frequency”, we just KNOW they exist and we accept it as truth. Whether we realize it or not, “faith” and “frequency” are always communicating with us. For example, we can look at our lives and see what we’ve been believing in and where our frequency has been. Reality will always reflect back these things right back to us.

So, how do we discern the vibration of truth?

Scripture tells us:

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” — Romans 10:17

Since I have been on this learning and discovery journey, there have been concepts explained or spoken about that I am weary of adopting. Some that just don’t quite resonate. Then, there have been others that just *click*. I immediately recognize it as truth. It makes perfect sense and feels like the answer that I have been waiting to uncover all along.

When this scripture speaks about the word of God, it isn’t referring to a passage in the Bible. The true word of God isn’t something you passively listen to. Its not anything you audibly hear at all. Its the voice in your head. Its the tug in your heart. As you shift from associating God with some outside source to identifying God as the source within, so does your ability to discern truth. The hearing becomes the knowing.

💫 The Science of Inner Knowing

One of my favorite podcasts is StarTalk Radio with Neil Degrasse Tyson. There is an episode titled, “The Gut-Brain Connection with Emeran Mayer” where they discuss how much our “gut instincts” influence our decisions. Scientists are even calling the gut our “second brain” because of the communication network linking our digestive system, nervous system and emotional centers.

Our mind uses logic while our gut uses pattern recognition and instinct. In the podcast, Mayer talks about how 80-90% of vagus-nerve traffic goes from the gut to the brain. 80-90%!!!!!

Our vagus nerve is apart of the nervous system that is responsible for calm, safety, regulation, digestion, intuition AND emotional balance. Vagus means “wanderer” so you can think of it as your inner knowing on a mission bringing signals from your body to the brain. Intuition made physical. Our friendly reminder to heal our guts and work on calming our vagus nerve.

🔮 TAROT — The High Priestess

If The Magician shows us how to channel energy outward, The High Priestess teaches us how to receive energy inward. She is the threshold between the seen and unseen. She dwells in the space where intuition, memory and subconscious wisdom occupy.

The High Priestess represents the shift from hearing to knowing. She represents the deep internal recognition that doesn’t wait for external validation. She knows that inner clarity comes from within.

Her message for Week 2:
Truth has a frequency.
Your job is not to chase it, but to recognize it.

Ask yourself:

• How does solitude strengthen (or challenge) my connection to my intuition?

• What part of myself feels hidden, sacred, or private — and what is its message for me right now?

• What emotions, desires, or memories are rising from my subconscious asking to be acknowledged?

♉ ASTROLOGY — Scorpio

This week, we’re looking at Taurus’ sister sign (total opposite on the zodiac wheel). The intuitive, deep and intense Scorpio.

Scorpio is particularly good at having a penetrating awareness . They have the ability to sense what is real beneath the surface.

Scorpio teaches us:
Faith isn’t naïve optimism.
It’s energetic discernment. Its the instinct that knows what is true, aligned, or safe long before the facts show up.

This is not paranoia (at least not always).
This is keen perception.

Ask yourself:

• Where am I being invited to trust what I feel before I see the proof?

• What truths have been knocking at my awareness that I keep avoiding?

• Where do I need to stop asking for confirmation and start trusting recognition?

We’ve talked about this inner-knowing. This vibration of truth. Now, let’s regulate so that we may strengthen, regulate and calm your intuitive wanderer.

In the Faith As Frequency intro, we looked to Google to help us define “faith” as complete trust or confidence in something or someone. This week, we’re defining “frequency”.

Did you know that humans all vibrate at different frequencies based on our physical and emotional states? Our hearts, brains and organs have natural resonant frequencies that vibrate and interact with the world around us.

Frequency can be defined as the rate at which something occurs or vibrates in a given time period. Because energy is always in motion, the cells that make up our bodies are vibrating/oscillating/resonating at a particular frequency. We discussed this resonance last week— when one vibration amplifies another through harmony.

Scripture tells us:

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” — Hebrews 11:1

Faith is not a feeling. Faith is the unseen material that happens before creation.

Faith is a frequency that should vibrate, oscillate, and resonant at such a HIGH rate that it becomes the rhythm of your life.

As frequency increases, energy increases and becomes more ordered. As energy increases and becomes more ordered, matter begins to take shape and form.

💫 The Science of Substance

Quantum superposition is the theory that matter exists in many states until it is observed. Basically, it can be anything until something causes it to actually take shape. The mere act of attention causes particles to collapse into form. There’s a really interesting and popular thought experiment on this called, Schrödinger’s cat.

Faith acts in the same way. There are infinite possibilities but what we choose to believe is what will take form. Reality only exists as potential until it is transformed by belief.

🔮 TAROT — The Magician

The Magician is faith in motion.
They stand between heaven and earth, channeling unseen energy into visible form.
Their tools include: the wand, cup, sword, and pentacle. Representing intention, emotion, thought, and action. These are the four elements of faith made practical.

They remind us that manifestation isn’t magic. It’s mastery of self.
You align the inner world, and the outer responds.

Ask yourself:

• What would I have the confidence to create if I had full faith in would come to fruition?

• Which of my “tools” (thought, word, feeling, or action) needs rebalancing?

• What happens when I stop managing outcomes and start managing energy?

♉ ASTROLOGY — Taurus

Taurus teaches faith through embodiment. Think of a Taurus that you know. Aren’t they reliable? Aren’t they consistent? Don’t you know what to expect?

Taurus represents patience, rhythm, and material devotion. Taurus shows us the steady work of bringing unseen energy into tangible form. Taurus reminds us that consistency is vibration.

Faith doesn’t rush or move off of impulse.
It repeats the signal until the pattern takes shape.

Ask yourself:

• Where in my life am I being asked to ground instead of guess?

• How can I build habits that mirror trust rather than tension?

• What would faith look like if it had a routine?

🕯 EMBODY

This week, let’s create evidence of faith. Let’s make the unseen seen. After all, faith becomes real through pattern recognition.

Think of one affirmation: I AM abundant, I AM loved, Good things always happen for me etc.

Repeat it throughout your day as you journey through your week. Repeat it until you believe it.

Create a space where you collect proof that unseen alignment has already worked in your favor. Add moments of synchronicity, answered prayers, unexpected ease, or “right place, right time” encounters. Add moments where something that seemed like it was going wrong, ends up going right.

It can be in a physical journey. In your notes app. Through voice recordings. Keep track of the ways in which faith has shown up for you.

This isn’t superstition; it’s training your nervous system to see order instead of randomness or “coincidence”.

Each piece of evidence reinforces your internal coherence.
You’re teaching your body what it feels like when faith holds steady. Will you be a believer?

Faith isn’t waiting for the proof.
It’s becoming the proof. Your life. Your existence IS the proof. Recognize it.

Every time you think, speak, or act from belief instead of fear, you’re aligning with the frequency of The Creator. You are the bridging energy and form. You are the observer turning potential into reality.

Faith is the unseen material of creation. And it is always organizing around your vibration. When your thoughts, emotions, and actions resonant at the same level, substance appears.

You never have to chase. Just tune in to the right frequency.

What is faith? A quick Google search and it can be defined as complete trust or confidence in something or someone. It is energy in motion, sitting in the sweet spot between intention and creation. It is trust. It is confidence. It is BELIEF. This is the vibration that is carrying your words, your emotions, your prayers and your inspired actions into the full form of your manifestation.

Scripture says:

“All things are possible to the one who believes.” — Mark 9:23

According to the Bible, Faith is our superpower. It is not something to acquire or obtain. It is something to tune into.

When we have complete trust and confidence in the fact that we are innately abundant, resonance occurs. Abundance in our lives deepens, becomes fuller and reverberates.

Every “I AM” you’ve declared has built a new pattern in your consciousness. You have been building a new architecture of self-awareness. The final step is to give that inner transformation a tangible form. To ground it in reality.

The final closing practice for The I AM Codes is The I AM Scroll, a creative project that turns your declarations into a living artifact of your evolution.

There are a few different ways to approach this project. Engage in the one(s) that speaks to you.

1. The Scroll

   • Gather paper of your choice. You can get as creative as you like. A poster-sized sheet of paper. An actual scroll.

   • Write every I AM statement that has carried you through this study.

   • Layer color, art, collage, or pressed flowers. Any symbols of what those words have awakened in you.

   • Leave space to continue adding over time — the scroll is ongoing, never finished.

     • My version of this is a sheet of regular legal ruled paper folded into four sections. Each section focuses on I AM statements for different areas of my life.

2. The Collage

   • Create a collage — physical or digital — that represents your I AM essence.

   • Include imagery, words, textures, and symbols that reflect who you are becoming.

   • Let the process be intuitive: each image a reflection of a truth you’ve embodied.

3. The Expression

   • Create an artistic piece of any medium (song, poem, visual art, sculpture, etc.) that expresses your I AM frequency.

   • Ask yourself: If my “I AM” could take shape, sound, or movement — what would it become?

   • Choose colors, textures, and sounds that feel like your essence. Release the need to create something beautiful and create something that’s real.

     • My version of this is a poem/song, “ABCs Prayer”. It is one of the final pieces in my poetry collection, ALAS.

Once completed, observe your work with reverence. Because it is worthy of admiration and respect. Place it where you can see it daily.

You are the artist and the creation.
The Word and the embodiment.
The scroll and the Source.

I AM that I AM — and this is my evidence.

This is the last week of the I AM Codes but time is a construct. Do you believe that? Do you agree with the measurement of time being something constructed by humans to help us organize events and perceive reality? When I compare all the things I can achieve in a thirty minute period without touching my phone to the same thirty minutes spent sitting on the couch and switching between social media apps, my mind is blown. The concept of time is rather relative.

In John 8:58, Jesus said:

“Before Abraham was born, I AM.”

This week, we’re talking about eternal life and how time really does not exist. Nothing could have proven this more than a recent release of quantum research stating that time is not linear; but, that it folds onto itself. What are the odds that drops right before the final week on eternal life and time?! Experiments like the Delayed-Choice Quantum Eraser suggest that choices made in the present can influence how events in the past are defined. It ain’t over until we say it is.

When we say “I AM,” we align with that field. We step out of the linear story and into the dimension where past, present and future are one continuous presence. This is where life doesn’t begin or end— but unfolds.

💡 The Science of Eternal Life and Time

Our bodies may live chronologically but our consciousness does not. The mind experiences memory and anticipation, yet the brain itself only ever processes the present moment. This is one of the reasons why when manifesting, it is taught to feel the state of having our desires. Our brains can’t distinguish between reality and imagination anyway!

From a biological perspective, our cells are constantly dying and regenerating.
Every seven to ten years, almost every molecule in our bodies have been replaced.
We are literally constantly being renewed, and yet, something constant remains.
Our unchanging awareness. The ‘us’ that notices the change is eternal life in motion.

Eternal life is not about time without end; it’s about existence beyond time. It’s the realization that consciousness was never born, and therefore cannot die. Again, energy can neither be created not destroyed, right?

You’re not identifying with the body, the age, or the story. You’re identifying with the light that brings them to life (YOU are the Light.)

YOU are the awareness that existed before Abraham.

🔮 TAROT — The World

In Tarot, The World card is the last phase on the Fool’s Journey (before the journey begins again). It represents completion, unity and wholeness. The lessons learned on the Fool’s eventful escapade has integrated and the Fool has come full circle. The meaning of this journey has been fulfilled and now the Fool is forever changed. This ending is really just the beginning.

On this card, a woman dances in an enclosed circle (representative of the full circle moment our journey has brought us). She does not feel the need to escape this cycle but rather to embody all she has learned and discovered about herself and the world around her. Stronger. Better. Wiser.

She acts as a reminder that there is really no beginning or ending to the never-ending circle of our lives *cue Circle of Life from Lion King*. However, there is evolution once we dance in the center of our lives instead of chasing how to make it feel complete.

Ask yourself:

• What cycles am I ready to integrate instead of repeat?

• What would make my feel life complete? How can I find a piece of that in my life right now?

• How can I celebrate my completion instead of postponing it?

♌ ASTROLOGY — Saturn

In astrology, Daddy Saturn rules: structure. discipline. restriction. Hot.

It rules our friends, Aquarius and Capricorn. Enough said.

It reminds us that we reap what we sow. It reminds us that there are no fruits, without labor. It reminds us that anything built to last, must be build on solid foundation.

Saturn is linked to crystallization, astronomically and astrologically. Its rings are composed of ice crystals and its atmosphere produces crystal-like particles. The process of crystallization is very Saturn-like in nature, ordered and structured to create a beautiful, unique and complex lattice of a structure.

Ask yourself:

• What in my life deserves lasting structure?

• What does timeless impact look like for me?

• If my life is everlasting, who do I want to be in this lifetime? The next? What do I want to be known for?

🕯 EMBODY

This week, we embody our eternal self by communing and communicating. After a meditative practice (choose your own adventure here.. I like the shower), sit down and write a letter to your past you. Not your younger self, but your younger soul. Try to refrain from referring to particular events or people and instead write to your spirit. Who you were at your core. Now, write to your current self. Again, speak to the core of who you are. Not your circumstances or current life. Finally, write a letter to your older soul. The you that has grown through the lessons and that was built with intention. Who are they? Luckily, you get to decide.

🌕 Leaving You With This

“Before Abraham was, I AM” is not about history. It’s really a homecoming.

It’s the moment you realize that nothing eternal can ever be lost or broken. You are not your past. You are not your potential. You are the awareness in between. You are the space that speaks both into existence.

This week, rest in that space. That’s where your divinity lives.

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

This week, we’re going from knowing and shifting to actually embodying divine identity. Christ Consciousness isn’t about worshiping a single figure or hierarchy. Christ Consciousness is about embodying the same awareness.

When we say “I AM the Light,” we are identifying with this divine awareness of being the source of illumination.

💡 The Science of Light and Awareness

When scripture calls you “the light of the world,” it’s not just poetic. It’s science.

You are made of light, sustained by light, and broadcasting light through every cell.

Spiritually, light is consciousness. It is the awareness that sees clearly.

Scientifically, light is information. It is energy that reveals form.

To embody “I AM the Light” is to live in coherence. Your inner awareness and outer expression vibrating at the same frequency. Purr.

🔮 TAROT — The Sun

In Tarot, The Sun represents illumination, joy, and divine union. It comes right after The Moon in the Fool’s Journey. The Sun radiates on its own and is the moment after awakening when spirit shines fully through matter. Enlightenment unites with the human experience.

A child can be seen on The Sun card riding forward joyously without armor, unafraid to be seen. Radiating love not fear.

That’s the Christ state: innocence (guiltlessness of sin) restored through awareness.

When we shift into our identity of “I AM the light”, we become enlightened. The Sun invites us to remember that enlightenment isn’t escape from darkness. Its full presence amongst the darkness. We are still embodying this human experience and expanding our awareness as far as it can reach in hopes that it gives others the confidence to shine too. That’s real love.

Ask yourself:

• What does self-expression look like when its filtered through love and not fear?

• What does it mean to radiate instead of react?

• What parts of me are ready to come out of hiding and be seen?

♌ ASTROLOGY — Leo

In astrology, Leo energy teaches us that: shining isn’t arrogance, but authenticity; visibility is not vanity, but alignment. Ruled by the Sun, Leo embodies the awareness of radiance.

To embody Christ Consciousness through the Sun means expressing our essence freely, without distortion or ego (I know we’ve technically already talked about the Sun in Week 1 but its all connected!!). It’s the awareness that our light uplifts others simply by existing. That’s the shift from ego to essence. We’re not shining for attention. We’re shining from awareness. But, don’t get it confused, we ARE shining. We are never meant to hide our light to appear humble but to let love be the reason we shine.

Scientifically, this mirrors resonance. When energy vibrates at its natural frequency, it amplifies instead of depleting.

Spiritually, it’s communion. When we recognize that one light does not diminish another.

Ask yourself:

• Where in my chart or life am I being called to shine from authenticity? (Advice: Look to the houses where Leo and your Sun land)

• How can I share light without depleting my energy (life force)?

• How can I focus on creating more resonance in my environments? Relationships?

🕯 EMBODY

This week, we’re going to shift gears for our embodiment practice. Instead of imagining the shift, we’re taking inspired action. But first, a light meditation.

1. Find your light source. For safety purposes, I suggest a lit candle; however, use whatever your access allows. Maybe its a fire. A match. A lit incense. A BIC lighter.

2. Sit in a quiet space and “let there be light”. Make your breathing intentional. Use any scents to ground.

3. Now, watch the flame. As you watch, relax into a meditative state. Focus on the flicker. Focus on the dance. Observe its steadiness and movement.

4. After a few breathing cycles, repeat the affirmations:

   I AM the light.

   I AM radiant.

   I AM safe to shine.

   I AM here to illuminate.

   I AM a star.

5. And now, be still. As you rest in this meditative state, envision what living those affirmations look like. Feel like. Eventually, you will be inspired to act towards your spotlight moment.

To embody Christ Consciousness is to remember: I AM the Light. Not to follow or chase the light.

It is what happens when divine awareness orders our thoughts, choices, interactions, and overall presence.

It’s the realization that there’s no separation between the divine and the human; and we are tasked with bringing this enlightenment into every human experience.

Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Only transferred, transformed and transmuted. That’s the law of the conservation of energy. The actual process is called alchemy.

In medieval times, early “chemists” alchemized common metals in attempts to turn them into gold. In many instances, they created something humans have used for centuries but wasn’t worth jack back then. But you know what they say: Some things are worth more than gold.

Think of alchemy as the ability to change one element to another. Change one thing’s form to something more useful and valuable. Transform a negative experience into a positive outcome. Turn lemons into lemonade.

Joel 3:10 — “Let the weak say, I AM strong.”

This verse isn’t about pretending. Yeah, you may be weak for a moment but you’ve been strong for eternity. It’s not delusional to choose to identify with the version of yourself you love the best, not just the one other people may be experiencing. This verse is about using the declaration “I AM” to pull strength (identity) from the divine within you.

Every time you declare “I AM strong,” you shift the vibration of your reality. You’re not denying weakness — you’re transforming it by associating every other moment of weakness with the moment of strength that got you to the other side. Because each time you push through a moment of weakness, you show strength. Whether it feels like it or not. You’re reminding your body and mind that divine strength already exists within you. You’ve done it before. You’ll do it again.

Our moments of weakness are the best places to call in our desired realities because we get real clear and specific. Sometimes, we get so caught up in our lives feeling alright that we don’t realize we want better (AND CAN ACTUALLY GET IT). However, when we are experiencing a moment of weakness, in mind, body, and spirit, we understand and feel very deeply that we don’t want our lives to feel like this AT ALL. Eventually, there comes a point where something snaps. We shift. We change. Sometimes to our desired realities. Sometimes, right back to our just alright realities. We can use that pitfall (or “rock bottom” as the girls over at To Be Magnetic would call it) to alchemize whatever pain or negativity that is brewing and create something new from it. And we can do that with everything that is already within.

🔮 TAROT — Strength

In Tarot, the Strength card represents the moment we stop fighting our reflections. Your reality reflects your thoughts and beliefs back to you. Whoever you are blaming for your current experiences?

This is the part of the Fool’s Journey where power softens into grace. You realize the energy you’ve been exerting fighting the external has all been wasted. You cannot be upset with anyone but yourself. Lick your wounds, grant yourself grace and, instead, use that power to understand yourself and how to transform your external world around you. Channel that power with intention.

Strength teaches us that courage isn’t about force. Once we are done fighting our reflection, we must truly face it. Courage is about facing yourself so that you may master yourself. The Strength card is depicted as woman holding a lion.
You can’t tame the lion with control; you do it with love.

Ask yourself:

Where am I still trying to control or perform strength instead of embodying it?

How can I approach my challenges with compassion instead of impulsivity or pressure?

♈ ASTROLOGY — Mars

This week, we align with Mars — the planet of drive, willpower, and action. Mars reminds us that energy is neutral: it becomes anger when it’s suppressed, and power when it’s directed.

When your I AM is clear, Mars energy flows with purpose.
When your I AM is fragmented, Mars scatters its fire.

Ask yourself:

Where is my energy going lately? Is it scattered or controlled? Where is my power going lately? Is it scattered or controlled?

What am I fighting against that I could instead move through?

🪶 EMBODY

Writing is powerful tool for alchemizing but any creative art medium works just as good. Through creative writing or whatever medium you choose, explore the following:

What weaknesses have you been calling your identity? How can these weaknesses be transformed into strengths?

What story of limitation are you ready to release? Rewrite that story without the limits? Who are you? What does your life feel like?

🌕 Leaving You With This

This week is not about finding strength or getting stronger. It’s about alchemizing that which you already have.

Because when you say “I AM strong,” you’re not creating strength but claiming it.

Like Mars, let your passion be transformed into purpose.
Like the lion, let your fear be transformed into love.

To kick us off, let’s start at the beginning. When Moses asked that burning bush to reveal itself, what did God actually say?

Exodus 3:14 — “And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM.”

The name of God is I AM. It’s not King, Father, Jehovah, Lord…. The literal translation of God=I AM. God is Being. God is Embodiment. We can use this declaration to define who we really are as spiritual beings. Not who we were or will be. Not who our actions or traumas have turned us into. Not who our roles or titles say we are.

Declaring/Speaking/Affirming “I AM” is the catalyst for activating the creative power of consciousness. This is the act of speaking life into something (aka whatever comes after the I AM). This is where identity truly begins. And the best part? You get to decide what that identity is.

Let’s look at how we can connect this to TAROT:

In Tarot, the Major Arcana cards tell the story of the Fool’s Journey. The Fool represents: innocence, new beginnings, divine trust. Contrary to their name, The Fool is not A FOOL. Their name reflects the risks they are willing to take—without fear or shame. Their name reflects their trust in all things working out regardless of where they end up. Their name reflects the reality that despite the cuts and bruises they know they will experience along the way, the discovery and growth makes it all worth it. (Hm, sounds a bit like our spiritual selves choosing to reincarnate back on this crazy ass planet.) The Fool can be seen skipping happily along the edge of a cliff without a care in the world. They’ve been here before and they are back again to partake in the joyous wonders and adventures that await them.

Ask yourself:

If you think of yourself as a divine being (not a human being) who has entered this lifetime a “fool”, how would you define yourself?

Who will you be on your next journey into the unknown?

Now, let’s look at this through an ASTROLOGICAL lens:

In astrology, we are first taught about our Sun signs. Our Sun signs represent our soul’s identity. Our core expression. When we shine as our Sun sign, we are embodying divine expression. We tend to become (and shine) more like our Sun signs as we grow/mature/ascend because this is our true essence— our core identity.

Ask yourself:

What natural gifts does your Sun sign possess? Have you been tapping into those gifts and using them to your advantage?

How can you affirm your divine essence through the qualities of your Sun sign?

Now, let’s EMBODY:

Writing is an amazing tool for shifting into your desired state. So, let your pen open the portal.

Who have I said I am? Who told me that? Who do I now choose to be?

I AM….. (affirm at least 5 identities)

Leaving You With This:

This week is not about finding a new identity. This week is about remembering the truth that has always lived beneath your names, roles, and wounds.

Before you were called child, friend, artist, healer, survivor…
Before you were broken or praised…
Before you believed you were not enough…

You were already I AM.

And now, you begin again (like The Fool, not A FOOL) — not from scratch, but from source.

No, not the identity you’ve taken on since birth but the identity spoken by God.

“I AM that I AM.” — Exodus 3:14

Every time you speak “I AM,” you set a frequency. Let’s tune that frequency to your desired reality. Over the next month, we’ll look at scripture, tarot archetypes, and astrological anchors to use those words as keys to open the portal to who you truly are. We will be identifying from a place of truth, instead of survival.

Take a few minutes to set your intention. Ask yourself:

Fractals have been a concept that I’ve become obsessed with in recent years. There is a theory, The Unified Theory of Everything, that states that the universe operates through interconnected repeating patterns that evolve, becoming more and more complex. This pattern is through which energy flows and cycles throughout all of eternity. After all, energy can neither be created nor destroyed. Only transferred, transformed and converted.

These patterns occur throughout everything. In our galaxy. In nature. In our bodies. In our behaviors. In our creations. Clouds. Broccoli. Veins. Humans. Within this theory, the human species can be considered fractals of God. Little creators created in the image of our big Creator. And now for my next act? The ultimate creation of life itself. But first, I must create, fractally. I must create on a smaller scale by transmuting the blocks keeping me from that version of myself. I am creating the things that scare me the most by alchemizing the parts of myself that scare me the most.

Creation is a laborious task and becomes even more so when you fight the requirement to relinquish control. Must perfection have a hand in everything? This relinquishment of control lets the creation take on a life of its own. (This must be mastered before we embark on parenthood. We all have witnessed what happens when parents don’t let their creations have their own lives.) This surrender is an act of bravery.

The concepts of fearlessness and freedom are deeply intertwined for me. Last year, I sat in to observe one of my 4th grade students during an ELA lesson. The lesson started with an essential question posed to the students: What does freedom mean to you?

As this video played for the class of Black and Brown students, my eyes began to water. How beautiful that they get to watch a legendary Black woman’s perspective on what freedom means to her. This may be the first time they have ever even pondered on the concept.

I also got emotional because I had been on a search for freedom that had felt like a lifelong journey, or at least a journey that began around their age. Though I had seen this video clip several times, it was only until that moment the simplicity of the message delivered such a resounding imprint.

To truly meet the level of freedom I am promised, I must reckon with what frightens me the most. But, how? You guessed it.

More recently, faith has become a more prominent pillar in my life. If surrender is an act of bravery, trust is an act of faith. It completes the holy trinity. My relationship with faith in the past year has been noteworthy. The evolution of my understanding of faith and spirituality has unveiled a power that I don’t feel should be kept secret. It is not magical but mystical. And much like the words of Nina Simone: it is simple.

A year ago, I was manifesting/praying for (these terms are interchangeable to me) my own Brooklyn apartment. Fast forward, I am typing this from my own Brooklyn apartment. Too easy, right? At the time, I didn’t know the particulars of how this apartment would come into fruition but I trusted that it would and lived my life with deep-seeded faith. Why? Because, I knew that more times than not, I could have anything I wanted if I really put my mind to it. The main things that always stood in my way? Lack of discipline, commitment and fearlessness.

Over the next 6 months, I deepened my practice of gratitude and naming my desires, BOLDLY. With the help of lectures and readings, I learned more about what it meant to take control of creating the life I wanted and felt that I deserved. (However, our own subconscious mind has a lot more say in what we think we deserve than what we realize.) At times, I find myself saying “it doesn’t make sense that I am able to live in this apartment” but I am able and I deserve it. I have said this about many things in my life since being here in New York. And so, my faith continues to strengthen and grow.

Fearlessness. Faith. Freedom.

These are the pillars that are at the center of my life— the pillars of my life as a creator. I am creating all of the things I am afraid to birth, fearlessly and fractally. I am faithful to the divine embodiment of who I am to be (thank you to my cat Maggi for helping me with this). I am freeing myself from all the things that keep me tethered to my old self.

Fearlessness. Faith. Freedom.

This is the practice. This is the formula for any spells I cast or magic I brew. This is how I am preparing to ascend to the ultimate form of creator available to me in this earthly realm.

The Cosmic Creation is the latest creation on my list of things I have been fearful of. I have been afraid of creating a business geared towards subjects that aren’t popular or taken seriously in mainstream. I have been afraid of publicly sharing some of my spiritual practices and beliefs. I have been afraid of the responsibility of creating and guiding a community. But, I have desires to receive.

Creation is as creation does. So, here we are.
